TraceScout Business Development Partner expression of interest

Who we are

TraceScout is a product of PostaraTrend Technologies Inc., Calgary, Alberta, Canada ("we", "us"). We are responsible for the information you submit through this form.

What we collect

Only what you type into the form: your name, email, optional phone number, country and city, optional professional profile link, experience, sector background, and your written answers. We also store a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your network address, used only to block spam and abuse. We do not ask for identity documents, résumés, financial details or other sensitive personal data — please don't include them in your answers.

How we use it

To review your expression of interest, assess fit for a possible independent Business Development Partner arrangement, and contact you about it. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing. Submissions are never published; only authorised TraceScout reviewers can view them.

Not an offer of employment

Submitting this form does not create any employment, agency or partnership relationship and does not guarantee appointment or compensation. Any engagement would be set out only in a separate written agreement.

Retention

We keep submissions for up to 24 months after receipt, then delete them, unless you enter into a written agreement with us (in which case that agreement governs). You may ask us to delete your submission sooner at any time.

Where it's stored

Submissions are held in a secured cloud database with access restricted to authorised reviewers. Data may be processed outside your country of residence.

Your choices and contact

You can ask to access, correct or delete your submission, or withdraw consent to be contacted. Reply to any message you receive from the TraceScout team, or contact PostaraTrend Technologies Inc. through the official TraceScout website, quoting your reference ID. We'll respond within a reasonable time and in line with applicable privacy law, including Canada's PIPEDA.
